HR Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Onboarding Specialist to facilitate and execute the onboarding process for new hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and execute the onboarding process for new hires
• Provide excellent customer service and assist new employees with HCM-related questions
• Act as a subject matter expert on new hire processes and ensure compliance with documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
• Professional and/or internship experience within an HR or recruiting role preferred
• Strong experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive personal details
• Experience in process improvement initiatives and collaboration with business leaders
