Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Operations Onboarding Specialist (contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding activities and manage data workflows across internal systems
- Ensure compliance with background checks and I-9 requirements
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and new hires to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in HR operations or onboarding
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Experience using Workday and applicant tracking systems is preferred
- Knowledge of I-9 and background check processes is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
