Job Summary
To support day-to-day operations for contractors across multiple client accounts, the remote HR Onboarding Specialist will manage high-volume onboarding, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance and consistency while working typical business hours in the Pacific time zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding of new contractors by gathering and validating all required legal documentation in alignment with client policies
- Initiate, monitor, and adjudicate background check reports while tracking and managing contractor assignments within Vendor Management Systems
- Provide ongoing contractor care throughout assignments, including regular outreach and relationship management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Prior experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or HR operations
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems
- Experience working within Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass or Beeline
- Experience in a high-volume environment managing contractor records and databases
