Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leader, HR Operational Risk, Tax & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight to a global team managing employee & payroll information, employment tax, and operational risk processes
• Implement and manage internal controls within the HR Services function
• Establish and enforce global HR operational risk standards of internal control

Required Qualifications:

• Significant experience in HR & HR Operations Service Delivery
• Knowledge of payroll governance, controllership, or related operational risk management
• Experience with global mobility programs, time and attendance systems, and Workday
• Skilled in project management and process improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated leadership with large global teams
