Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Operations Analyst to support HR operational needs remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Extract, compile, and analyze data from various sources to support HR initiatives
Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and automated solutions using analytics tools
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide strategic insights to HR leadership

Required Qualifications

1 year of collaborative work experience focused on customer deliverables
Proficient in Excel
Working knowledge of Power BI and/or Tableau
Working knowledge of Alteryx and/or ETL applications
1-3 years of experience in Human Resources is preferred
