HR Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Operations Analyst to provide global support for the Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR operations subject matter expert across the employee lifecycle
• Support the transition of HR operations activities into the central HR Shared Services group
• Process system transactions, document workflows, and implement process improvements for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Proven HR experience as an HR operations analyst or generalist in a large global business
• Strong understanding of labor law principles and regulations on pay, benefits, and safety
• Proficiency in using HRIS and related systems, with Workday preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• M&A experience or relevant work is a plus
