A company is looking for an HR Operations & Project Analyst to oversee and optimize core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and report on talent acquisition metrics and oversee daily HR operations
  • Manage and standardize employee leave processes and ensure compliance with laws
  • Oversee Occupational Health program management and support workplace safety initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certificate preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in leave management and HR operations
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and effective HR practices
  • Proficiency with HRIS and data analysis tools
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and navigate ambiguity
