Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Operations Analyst to support various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute the onboarding process, including background checks and HRIS onboarding
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and maintain the HR Information System
  • Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support strategic planning and decision-making


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR with a strong understanding of HR functional areas
  • Proficiency in Workday and Excel/Google Sheets strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
