Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Operations Analyst to support various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute the onboarding process, including background checks and HRIS onboarding
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and maintain the HR Information System
- Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support strategic planning and decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR with a strong understanding of HR functional areas
- Proficiency in Workday and Excel/Google Sheets strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
