Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Operations Analyst to support and optimize HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily HR service delivery for employee lifecycle processes
  • Manage the HR ticketing queue, ensuring SLA compliance and continuous improvement
  • Run routine data audits and oversee I-9 administration and compliance controls
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or an HR analyst role
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and HR ticketing systems
  • Strong understanding of HR operational processes and U.S. employment regulations
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
