Job Summary
Supporting the HR Operations team, the full-time Associate HR Operations Analyst will provide administrative and transactional support, maintain accurate HR data, and respond to employee inquiries in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records from hire to retire
- Support the new hire onboarding process and handle employment verifications
- Respond to routine employee inquiries and assist with data audits for accuracy
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, administrative, or similar roles, or completion of relevant post-secondary education
- Familiarity with HRIS or data management tools is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to learn in HR Operations
