Job Summary
Supporting the onboarding process, the full-time HR Operations Analyst will manage HRIS administration, ensure compliance, and enhance the new hire experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for new teammates and contractors
- Process employee and contractor transactions in HR systems, maintaining data integrity and compliance
- Serve as a point of contact for onboarding inquiries, providing timely support to teammates and hiring managers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered
- 2+ years of experience supporting HR operations, onboarding coordination, or HRIS administration
- Experience with I-9 verification and eVerify required
- Experience using UKG Pro required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
