Job Summary
Supporting end-to-end HR service delivery, the full-time HR Operations Analyst will provide analytical, operational, and coordination support across Personnel Administration, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition while working remotely in the Washington, D.C. area.
Key responsibilities
- Support HR service delivery by managing personnel actions, employee lifecycle changes, and HR transactions
- Run and analyze HR reports, track KPIs, and maintain data integrity across HR systems
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including requisition tracking, candidate workflow coordination, and interview scheduling
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, HR analytics, or Talent Acquisition support
- Experience running reports and working with HR data across HRIS and ATS platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HR systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
