HR Operations Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a high-caliber HR Operations Analytics Manager, this full-time remote position will manage advanced analytics, design enterprise-level solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, and automate strategic metrics to drive data-informed decision-making within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the interpretation of complex datasets to influence Human Capital business decisions through advanced analytics and predictive modeling
• Design and deploy enterprise-level solutions with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps to streamline HR processes
• Architect and automate critical KPIs and metrics, ensuring DEI strategies are supported by quantitative evidence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in HR Operations or HRIS, or equivalent education and experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including building complex data models and visualizations
• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps for designing automated workflows and applications
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis and translating complex data into executive-level narratives
• Ability to guide stakeholders through data-driven transformations at a senior principal level
