Job Summary

Managing global benefits strategy and HR operations, the full-time remote HR Operations and Benefits Manager will oversee benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance while providing employee support and strategic guidance to the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the global benefits strategy, including plan design, vendor selection, and compliance across all employee locations
• Oversee leave management processes, advising employees and managers on eligibility and entitlements
• Administer the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and alignment with payroll and compliance requirements

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in benefits, payroll, and HRIS administration
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• Experience administering benefits across different geographies
• Proficiency with HR and payroll systems
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
