Job Summary
Managing global benefits strategy and HR operations, the full-time remote HR Operations and Benefits Manager will oversee benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance while providing employee support and strategic guidance to the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the global benefits strategy, including plan design, vendor selection, and compliance across all employee locations
- Oversee leave management processes, advising employees and managers on eligibility and entitlements
- Administer the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and alignment with payroll and compliance requirements
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience in benefits, payroll, and HRIS administration
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Experience administering benefits across different geographies
- Proficiency with HR and payroll systems
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
