Job Summary
Managing global benefits strategy and HR operations, the full-time remote Manager, Global Benefits and HR Operations will oversee benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance while providing employee support and strategic guidance to leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the design, evaluation, and delivery of global benefits, ensuring competitiveness and compliance across all locations
- Serve as the primary administrator of the HRIS, maintaining data integrity and overseeing system configuration and workflows
- Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and manage audit requests, reporting obligations, and employee leave matters
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience in benefits, payroll, and HRIS administration
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Experience administering benefits across different geographies
- Proficiency with HR and payroll systems
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
