HR Operations and Total Rewards Director

Job Summary

To support various business needs, the remote Associate Director, Total Rewards & HR Operations will manage the development and administration of global compensation and benefit programs while ensuring alignment with HR policies and enhancing employee experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation and administration of global compensation and benefit programs, ensuring competitiveness and effectiveness
• Oversee HR metrics and reporting, driving continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and corporate values

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in Total Rewards, specifically in compensation and benefits
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Device industries
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and US benefit and compensation expertise
• Proven track record in managing and evaluating incentive plans and HR processes
