HR Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Operations Associate to support the APAC Talent Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to employee queries via case management tool, adhering to SLAs
• Ensure interactions with employees are precise and lead to maximum satisfaction
• Manage employee documentation, including verification and new hire documents

Required Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service orientation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management
• Experience with HR Management Systems such as Workday and Service Now
• Experience in a shared services center or customer service environment, preferably within HR
• Willingness to work a 100% night shift (10 PM - 6 AM IST)
