A company is looking for an Associate Director, HR Ops/Payroll - M&A - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct due diligence and manage integration of acquisitions for payroll purposes
  • Collaborate with various departments and external parties to ensure timely completion of payroll tasks
  • Provide status updates on diligence and integration projects and manage associated risks
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Payroll and M&A functional design and implementation
  • Experience with acquisition mapping and project management
  • Solid knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations
  • Understanding of internal systematic controls related to Sarbanes-Oxley
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
