Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, HR Ops/Payroll - M&A - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence and manage integration of acquisitions for payroll purposes
- Collaborate with various departments and external parties to ensure timely completion of payroll tasks
- Provide status updates on diligence and integration projects and manage associated risks
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Payroll and M&A functional design and implementation
- Experience with acquisition mapping and project management
- Solid knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations
- Understanding of internal systematic controls related to Sarbanes-Oxley
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
