HR Operations Associate Director (NY)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Operations Associate Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, evaluation, and improvement of health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs
• Lead employee communication sessions for Open Enrollment and New Hire Benefits Orientation
• Act as the primary HR liaison to brokers, benefit carriers, and wellness vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6+ years of HR Operations and/or benefits experience
• Strong understanding of HRIS and Payroll Systems, specifically Ceridian Dayforce
• Experience managing benefits administration and vendor relationships
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools for research and productivity is a plus
