Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR & Office Operations Coordinator (Temporary Contract, Maternity Cover).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and administration of employee engagement initiatives and lifecycle events
  • Guide recruitment efforts, manage job requisitions, and support hiring managers throughout the hiring process
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in HR/People Operations and office management
  • Relevant academic degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Behavioral Sciences
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, and payroll technologies
  • Self-motivated and data-driven with a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in dynamic and ambiguous situations
