Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR & Office Operations Coordinator (Temporary Contract, Maternity Cover).
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and administration of employee engagement initiatives and lifecycle events
- Guide recruitment efforts, manage job requisitions, and support hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR/People Operations and office management
- Relevant academic degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Behavioral Sciences
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, and payroll technologies
- Self-motivated and data-driven with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Proven ability to operate effectively in dynamic and ambiguous situations
