Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Operations Coordinator on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes while ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and maintain employee records in HRIS
  • Schedule interviews, support candidate communication, and assist with new hire orientation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel and Word
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
  • Solid understanding of HR and employment laws
