Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Operations Coordinator on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes while ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and maintain employee records in HRIS
- Schedule interviews, support candidate communication, and assist with new hire orientation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel and Word
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
- Solid understanding of HR and employment laws
