Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to support global HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day HR Operations support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Support the preparation and delivery of standard and ad hoc HR reports and maintain data accuracy
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate employee administration
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a related field
  • Comfort working with HR systems and reporting tools, with Workday experience as a plus
  • Interest in HR reporting, analytics, or data-driven work
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
