A company is looking for an HR Operations Director who will oversee core HR operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of HR infrastructure, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR processes and technology
• Manage HR compliance obligations and oversee audits related to employee data and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and ten years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of five years of experience with Workday
• Strong HRIS expertise and comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and compliance standards
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience in government contracting or a highly regulated industry is preferred
