Job Summary
HR Operations Director leads the strategy and management of HR technology and operational processes in a full-time role, focusing on optimizing systems, overseeing HR operations, and ensuring data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead HR systems strategy, ensuring integration and compliance across the employee lifecycle
- Oversee core HR operational processes, enhancing efficiency and employee experience
- Manage HR system implementations and lifecycle, including RFP processes for potential HRIS migration
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of HR operations and/or HR systems experience, including HRIS administration
- Experience in assessing and consolidating HR technology portfolios
- Proven ability to manage and develop team members
- Strong knowledge of employment law and multi-state compliance
- Proficiency in HR data analysis with advanced Excel skills; experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus
