HR Operations Excellence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Operations Excellence Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzes data entered to identify data integrity issues, trends and opportunities for optimization
• Collects information, asks clarifying questions, and applies knowledge of policies, established processes and procedures as applicable to resolve issues
• Provides reporting and analytics for all facets of HR, works in partnership with HRBPs and business leaders on analytics, performance management, and process improvements to drive results

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of HR, Systems or Customer Services experience
• Strong analytical and critical thinking ability
• Ability to drive and implement process improvement
