HR Operations Expert

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and oversight for HR service delivery, the fully remote HR Operations Expert will manage complex service portfolios, guide HR Operations leadership, and drive operational excellence across the global HR ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex service management portfolios and enterprise-wide operational initiatives
• Provide guidance and support to Lead Consultants and Service Managers on service issues and operational priorities
• Partner with senior HR and COE leaders to influence service strategy and governance

Required qualifications

• 7 or more years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated success leading complex global operating models and HR service delivery functions
• Strong executive presence with proven ability to influence senior leaders
• Extensive experience in operational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Proven experience managing global vendors and service performance frameworks
