Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Operations Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR activities, including maintaining HRIS data and processing employee life-cycle events
- Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a seamless employee experience
- Support HR compliance by maintaining the employee handbook and generating compliance reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Communications, or equivalent experience is required
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Specialist is required
- Prior HRIS experience, such as Workday, is required
- Proficient skills in using Microsoft Suite applications, including Excel and Word
