Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Operations Generalist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day HR activities, including maintaining HRIS data and processing employee life-cycle events
  • Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a seamless employee experience
  • Support HR compliance by maintaining the employee handbook and generating compliance reports
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Communications, or equivalent experience is required
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Specialist is required
  • Prior HRIS experience, such as Workday, is required
  • Proficient skills in using Microsoft Suite applications, including Excel and Word
