Job Summary

Seeking a proactive HR Operations Generalist, this remote position will manage day-to-day people operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining HRIS records, while ensuring a people-first experience for team members.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records within the HRIS system, including new hires and job changes
  • Manage orientation and onboarding processes for new team members, ensuring a seamless first-day experience
  • Support the administration of company benefit plans and assist with employee relations matters as needed
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a related HR role with knowledge of U.S. employment laws
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; experience with Power Automate is a plus
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Proactive ownership and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise exceptional judgment
