Job Summary
Owning key HR operations, the full-time HR Operations Generalist will manage the end-to-end onboarding process, coordinate employee lifecycle activities, and support benefits administration while working in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring effective documentation and orientation
- Administer benefits enrollments and changes while providing support and guidance to employees on HR policies
- Coordinate HR programs, compliance tracking, and cross-functional activities to improve service delivery
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or related role with exposure to multiple HR functions
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Dayforce, for processing employee data changes
- Working knowledge of onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance tracking
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools
