Job Summary

HR Operations Lead, responsible for overseeing HR operations in a full-time remote role, guiding the HR team, managing payroll and benefits, and optimizing HR systems and processes to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and mentor the HR Operations team while aligning operational priorities with company goals
  • Own and evolve the HR tech stack, ensuring data quality and supporting data-driven decision-making
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance and managing vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in HR or People Operations within a high-growth environment
  • Experience leading payroll and benefits administration across multiple regions, preferably in the US and Canada
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, with Dayforce experience being a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in HR data and reporting
  • Ability to lead and mentor remote teams while understanding HR compliance and risk management
