HR Operations Lead Consultant

Job Summary

As a fully remote HR Operations Lead Consultant, the candidate will serve as the primary service management advisor for HR Centers of Excellence, ensuring effective representation of HR policies and driving service quality and operational excellence while partnering with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service management partner for assigned HR functions and Centers of Excellence
• Consult with COE leaders to translate policy and procedural changes into effective service delivery solutions
• Lead service reviews and governance discussions to assess service performance and identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or related disciplines
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across HR functions
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive operational improvements
• Experience managing vendor relationships and service performance
• Strong communication and executive-facing skills
