Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Operations Leader to oversee efficient and compliant HR services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR compliance initiatives and manage the compliance audit calendar
- Oversee benefits administration, leave management, and workers' compensation processes
- Manage the HR ticketing system and support the tier-1 employee support team
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 10+ years of HR operations or compliance experience
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop HR team members
- High level of discretion in handling confidential information
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
