Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of contact for leave-related inquiries, the hybrid HR Operations Leaves Specialist will manage the administration of Leave of Absence (LOA) programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while providing exceptional support to employees and managers.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and support parental and other Leave of Absence programs
- Process leave requests and maintain accurate case documentation
- Collaborate with HR Operations and business partners to ensure consistent communication regarding leave policies
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience administering Leave of Absence (LOA) programs
- Experience handling employee leave inquiries in an HR Operations or Shared Services environment
- Strong customer service and case management skills
- Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other applicable leave regulations
