HR Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Human Resources to lead and innovate HR operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the HR team in supporting leaders and employees around company policies and HR program administration
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations while identifying risks
• Oversee the company's immigration program and maintain data integrity in HR systems

Required Qualifications

• Prior Human Resources Management experience
• 4-year college degree (BS/BA) in Business/Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred, but not required
• Ability to interpret and communicate HR policies effectively
• Demonstrated competence in managing multiple projects with a focus on results
