Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR and operations experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Proven experience with HR platforms such as TriNet, Rippling, and Google Workspace
• Working knowledge of compliance, licensing, and contractor administration
• Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is preferred
• Authorized to work in the U.S
