Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Operations Manager who will serve as the primary HR point of contact for clients, supporting day-to-day operations while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, draft, and implement HR-related contracts, employment agreements, and policy documents
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and advise clients on compliance risks and solutions
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including offer letters and background checks
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 6+ years of HR operations, compliance, or generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment law across multiple jurisdictions
  • Experience reviewing and drafting HR policies, contracts, and agreements
  • Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and PEO models
