HR Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and operate HR Operations for the U.S. employee population, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations
• Manage end-to-end HR lifecycle processes, including onboarding, job changes, and offboarding
• Oversee HR systems of record, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while leading cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or People Operations in a senior individual contributor role
• Hands-on experience with HiBob and familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS
• Strong knowledge of U.S. HR operations and the full employee lifecycle; multi-state experience required
• Proven ability to build and scale HR processes effectively
• Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data management and compliance audits
