Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide HR programs and projects from initiation to execution and stabilization
• Serve as the HR project lead for mergers, acquisitions, and integrations, ensuring alignment with enterprise timelines
• Manage and develop HR Analysts, ensuring timely and accurate project delivery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership of complex programs or projects
• Demonstrated experience in supporting or leading mergers and acquisitions integrations preferred
• Prior people management or team leadership experience required
• High School diploma required
