Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide HR programs and projects from initiation to execution and stabilization
- Serve as the HR project lead for mergers, acquisitions, and integrations, ensuring alignment with enterprise timelines
- Manage and develop HR Analysts, ensuring timely and accurate project delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership of complex programs or projects
- Demonstrated experience in supporting or leading mergers and acquisitions integrations preferred
- Prior people management or team leadership experience required
- High School diploma required
