Key Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS administration, ensuring data integrity, reporting, and workflow optimization
• Oversee payroll operations for U.S. and international employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Drive process improvements through automation and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in HRIS, payroll, or people operations
• Experience managing U.S. multi-state payroll and exposure to international payroll processes
• Strong proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems, including configuration and reporting
• Advanced Excel skills for analyzing large datasets
