Job Summary

HR Operations Manager, oversees a full-time temporary HR Operations team, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies, managing team performance, and enhancing HR processes through effective use of technology and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise HR team members, including evaluations and administrative duties
  • Utilize analytics and metrics to analyze trends and improve team performance and employee experience
  • Implement strategies to address organizational needs and foster relationships across HR and the organization
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience required
  • Minimum of 3 years of managerial/supervisory experience required
  • Experience in managing partnerships with vendors and external consultants
  • Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements
