Job Summary
Managing global benefits strategy and HR operations, the full-time remote Manager, Global Benefits and HR Operations will oversee benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance while providing employee support and strategic guidance within a US-based organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the design, evaluation, and delivery of global benefits, ensuring competitiveness and compliance across various regions
- Oversee leave management processes, advising employees and managers on eligibility and entitlements while liaising with vendors
- Administer the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, system configuration, and alignment with payroll and compliance requirements
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience in benefits, payroll, and HRIS administration
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Experience working for a global NGO and administering benefits across different geographies
- Proficiency with HR and payroll systems, along with advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
