Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an advisor to the U.S. Leadership Team on HR operations, compliance, and employee relations
• Oversee day-to-day employee administration and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts and ensure effective talent acquisition strategies

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 7+ years of progressive experience in human resources, focusing on HR operations and talent acquisition
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
• Solid knowledge of U.S. employment laws and compliance frameworks
• Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment and employee relations
• Proficiency with HRIS and ATS, with familiarity in process automation being a plus
