Job Summary
Leading HR operations in the United States, the full-time salaried HR Operations Manager will manage employee lifecycle processes, provide data-driven insights for workforce planning, and ensure compliance with employment laws in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an advisor to the U.S. Leadership Team on HR operations, compliance, and employee relations
- Oversee day-to-day employee administration and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts and ensure effective talent acquisition strategies
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 7+ years of progressive experience in human resources, focusing on HR operations and talent acquisition
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
- Solid knowledge of U.S. employment laws and compliance frameworks
- Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment and employee relations
- Proficiency with HRIS and ATS, with familiarity in process automation being a plus
