Job Summary

Leading HR Operations and Employee Relations, the fully remote Manager, HR Operations & Employee Relations will manage performance management processes, oversee core HR functions such as Payroll and Benefits, and guide leaders on employee-related decisions and investigations.

Key responsibilities
  • Owns and manages the end-to-end performance management process, including coaching managers on documentation and tracking
  • Serves as the central owner of all Employee Relations matters, conducting investigations and advising on performance issues
  • Provides operational oversight across HR Operations functions, ensuring accurate and efficient processes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including Employee Relations and HR Operations exposure
  • Strong background in Employee Relations, with experience managing investigations and complex situations
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence managers on performance-related decisions
  • Experience overseeing HR Operations functions, including Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance
