Job Summary
Leading HR Operations and Employee Relations, the fully remote Manager, HR Operations & Employee Relations will manage performance management processes, oversee core HR functions such as Payroll and Benefits, and guide leaders on employee-related decisions and investigations.
Key responsibilities
- Owns and manages the end-to-end performance management process, including coaching managers on documentation and tracking
- Serves as the central owner of all Employee Relations matters, conducting investigations and advising on performance issues
- Provides operational oversight across HR Operations functions, ensuring accurate and efficient processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including Employee Relations and HR Operations exposure
- Strong background in Employee Relations, with experience managing investigations and complex situations
- Demonstrated ability to coach and influence managers on performance-related decisions
- Experience overseeing HR Operations functions, including Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance
