Job Summary

Serving as the primary HR point of contact for clients, the remote HR Operations Manager will manage day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support payroll and benefits administration.

Key responsibilities
  • Review, draft, and implement HR-related contracts, employment agreements, and policy documents
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and advise clients on compliance risks and solutions
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including offer letters and background checks
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 6+ years of HR operations, compliance, or generalist experience, preferably in a client-facing role
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment law across multiple jurisdictions
  • Experience reviewing and drafting HR policies, contracts, and agreements
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or other comparable certification required; PHR-CA preferred
