A company is looking for an HR Operations Onboarding Specialist (Contingent Worker).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities and manage data workflows across internal systems
• Ensure compliance with background checks and I-9 requirements
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and new hires to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of HR experience, preferably in HR operations or onboarding
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Responsive and customer-service oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience using Workday and applicant tracking systems is preferred
