Job Summary

To support a portfolio of HR operational initiatives, the full-time HR Operations Program Manager will oversee project assessment, prioritization, and execution while collaborating with HR leadership and stakeholders, primarily in a remote setting with occasional onsite meetings.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and execute HR operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex environments and mitigate project risks
  • Drive project momentum and maintain visibility into progress and outcomes through effective communication
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
  • 5 years of experience in HR project management or a related role
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration planning
  • Project Management Professional Certification preferred
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira
