A company is looking for an HR Operations Project Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement HR service solutions for talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, and offboarding
Coordinate and manage process improvement initiatives and HR projects
Utilize HR data and analytics for workforce planning and compliance

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field
4-5 years of HR Operations experience with change and project management
Experience with HRIS, ATS, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools
Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills
Knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance standards
