HR Operations Senior Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting the effectiveness of HR service delivery, the fully remote HR Operations Senior Consultant will analyze service metrics, develop reporting tools, and partner with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze service delivery metrics and operational performance indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Develop reporting and dashboards for HR Operations leadership to provide actionable insights
• Maintain and optimize HR knowledge content while facilitating knowledge transfer and training across service delivery teams

Required qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or related disciplines
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience supporting service delivery models and operational processes
• Demonstrated process improvement and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
