Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Supports the Employee Onboarding process and acts as a point of contact for new hires
Processes background screenings and assists with compliance reporting
Ensures HR policies are compliant with laws and regulations

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, business, or related field
2-4 years of relevant HR experience
Experience with HR systems like UKG Pro and Greenhouse Recruiting
Basic knowledge of business compliance reporting
Certification or advanced degree in business or HR is a plus
