Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the Employee Onboarding process and acts as a point of contact for new hires
- Processes background screenings and assists with compliance reporting
- Ensures HR policies are compliant with laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, business, or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience with HR systems like UKG Pro and Greenhouse Recruiting
- Basic knowledge of business compliance reporting
- Certification or advanced degree in business or HR is a plus
