Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to provide full-cycle HR support with employee onboarding, compliance, and business reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the employee onboarding process, including generating offer letters and initiating onboarding tasks
- Process background screening requests and respond to verifications of employment
- Prepare compliance reports and ensure organizational policies are compliant with relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field; certification or advanced degree is a plus
- 2-4 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience with UKG Pro, E-Verify, and Greenhouse Recruiting preferred
- Basic knowledge of business compliance reporting such as AAP and EEO
- Thorough knowledge of human resource-related issues and ability to apply Federal/State employment laws
